Shipping policy
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any additional fees, such as expedited shipping, will be displayed before payment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply based on your country's regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will be determined by your local customs authority.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact the carrier for updates. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, reach out to our customer service team at management@dabohemianbazaar.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at management@dabohemianbazaar.com for return instructions. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
